There are two type of membership in ICOP, which are:-

1. Active Member: Choose this type if you are willing to observe the crescent and send your observation results to ICOP, or you believe you will be an active member by sharing your experience with ICOP. This membership enables you to participate in the elections to be a member of ICOP Administrative Board or to participate in this election. Also, you will be given an ICOP Membership ID which will be sent to you by mail. The annual fees for this membership type is 10 USD.
   
   
2. Member Friend: Choose this type of membership if you don't have time to observe the crescent, or you don't have time to participate effectively in ICOP. This membership does not enable you to participate in the elections to be a member of the Administrative Board or to participate in the elections. In addition, there is no membership ID or annual fees for this type of membership.
   

If you decide to choose to be an Active Member, then please prepare your credit card (or Paypal) information to pay the annual fees and also prepare your personal photo to be sent in the following form in order to use it in your Membership ID.

Highly notice that all fields must be filled. Else, your application will NOT be sent.

Please notice that "Institution" is the place at which you work or the organization which you represent, NOT the place at which you study or you have graduated from.
